The ENTRANCE to the Playhouse is located on the side of the building adjacent to the small BLUE parking lot on Sevier Ave.

There is limited free parking in the small lot adjacent to the theater (BLUE), and it usually fills up early. But, there is also plenty of free street parking on Davenport and Phillips St. (PURPLE).

There is also a big $5 parking lot just behind the theater on Davenport. (GREEN)

Borderland Playhouse is owned by, and shares a building with, Knoxville’s locally owned and operated Borderland Tees.

Situated at the corner of Sevier Ave and Davenport just over the Henley Street Bridge in the heart of South Knoxville, the Borderland Playhouse offers easy access to a variety of local restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

KTC is incredibly excited to be partnering with Borderland to develop this new space, and we are so proud to call Borderland home!
